The
direct wellbeing of the future of Life on Earth has two main components:
- high assets that support the probability of future Life on Earth, e.g. life-supporting ecosystems and resources, rich diversity of species and systems
- low risks to the probability of future Life on Earth, e.g. massively destructive weapons
In addition, the
indirect wellbeing of the future of Life on Earth consists of those activities and institutions today that either promote future-relevant assets or risks. These include social wellbeing and individual education.
