This is not meant to be a substitute for a college education, but to help the client “fill in the gaps” for rock-solid foundations.
|Presentation: The website and materials will be efficient and functional, operating on the assumption that clients' time is limited and valuable. Hidden surprises and information can be discovered by those who want to combine entertainment with their education.|
|Place: Delivered through the Chira.net website. Some materials are packaged for redistribution to secondary clients (e.g. clients' students).|
Later stages add face-to-face education or counselling.
|Target population: Chira.net services are primarily targeted at those with a science-based college education.|
Materials will be accessible to a broader audience, but are not aimed at converting “science doubters.”
|Promotion: Word of mouth; partnerships with college instructors already teaching parts of the Chira.net curriculum.||Price: The basic curriculum is free and provided as a community service.|
